A team of researchers is currently working on a project with @My_SleepHub to enhance sleep quality for people with Parkinson's Disease under 65 as part of our Research Consultancy Programme. If you're living with Parkinson's, consider joining this significant study.
We've successfully brought two impactful consultancy projects to a close and I couldn't be happier with the dedication shown by researchers. Here are some of the key lessons that our teams have learned from these experiences:
2️⃣ Appoint capable project leaders who regularly check in and ensure everything's on track.
3️⃣ Have weekly updates and let your team know when you're busy. Transparency builds trust.
4️⃣ If problems arise, inform all stakeholders right away. They appreciate the honesty
5️⃣ Clients are busy with multiple projects. Regular catch-ups keep your project top-of-mind for them. 6️⃣ Share early findings with the client. It's a great way to show progress and get feedback
