Phone on silent mode thrown in another room.
I've been doing this for months before posting today. I only check my phone three or four times a day - no notifications, no distractions, no temptation to check socials - just pure, focused work.
Also, my attention span is way better now. I can read a dense research paper or finish 100 pages of a book in one sitting.
Productivity shot up, 24 hours feel longer, and now I get more things done than I would have about a year ago.
