Started a new diet and I've lost roughly 4.6kg in 5 days. This diet seems to be working for me.
Basically cut carbs to 20g and eat roughly 1200 calories a day. Just breakfast and dinner from 10 to 4. Pretty much a keto diet but with 18/6 fasting

I had to say goodbye to my favorite furry friend Sergei today. He went peacefully surrounded by his family.
He was with me for nearly 1/3 of my life across two continents. He was the gentlest, laziest, and friendliest husky you could ask for.
I'll miss him every day.πΊβ₯οΈ
