This was me last night, they brought 3 seconds electricity 18 times, I was counting because the flashing of the bulb was killing my eye, why?

Somebody will wake up in the morning, a full grown adult 😭
They will bath, dress well, wear perfume, and when you ask them: "Where are you going?"
They will proudly say, "I’m going to work".... " Where do you work?"... "NEPA"
He or she will reach office and sit down close to one switch.
They will turn it on, everybody in different houses will shout,
"Up NEPA!"... After 2–3 minutes, they will off it again. Then they will stand up, stroll small, come back, sit beside the switch again. They will check time, tap leg, press phone, then use the same hand and turn the switch on again, and after 5 minutes, they will off the light again😏
