How?
This user thought his wallet was hacked when 30K USDC vanished.
Plot twist: $2K SOL remained untouched.
His seed phrase was never compromised. He accidentally signed a malicious transaction long ago, without realizing what he was approving.
Why it happened:
No tool to verify what the transaction actually did.
How to prevent this:
- Get a hardware wallet that shows readable transaction details
- Verify EVERY transaction before signing
Blind-signing is dangerous. Always know what you're signing.

Been watching quite a few team wallets all the way back from genesis and interesting to see. How funds have been flowing.
Also Tonks.fi made a good point in telegram, about @madebyfavio being on coreum team, @JoinCruiseCtrl, and part of largest validator 007.
So yes decentralization has now been compromised.
Even if the team were to sparse out some community funds as stakes so the teams could use rewards for building.
Now if prop 31 happens and they do stake it seems more centralized vote power.
If any of these connections are not true we would love the truth, but right now... a super centralized group is last thing defi needs
