900 more ear savers ready to ship out. Been running the printer farm non-stop, running down to clear beds and restart jobs every hour on the hour, and need to get more printers up and running.
I (Ray) dusted off my personal twitter account - @raykholo - where I’ll be posting more about personal projects I have going on including rebuilding the 3D Printer room, modding printers, and other fun (and numerous) hobbies. Follow if interested.
Rebuilt my shelving unit for the Duplicator i3’s I run and need to enclose because ambient is too cold and petg warps. 4’x8’ insulation sheets fit into car and no Home Depot parking lot cutting was needed :) @joeltelling@chinbeard

I just got my ticket for @crowd_supply Teardown 2020. Looking forward to seeing Portland in June, and might stop into Seattle for a few days while I'm in the area. crowdsupply.com/teardown/por…
After a long week of impatiently waiting, I’m happy to report that our next batch of LaserBoard’s has just arrived and they are now in stock and available to order again on our website. Thank you everyone for your patience. We’ve got more boards in production now.
From today's selection of tech support gems (pic attached). My telepathy is only active during banker's hours every other Thursday. Here is the Buyer's Guide I linked in the response. It's highly insufficient, I know. Open it. cohesion3d.com/cohesion3d-la…
We still get a lot of "when will this ship?" emails despite clearly indicating that we have a 3 business day processing time for most orders, and our contact form even shows you all these details. There is now a new article that explains it in more detail: cohesion3d.com/order-process…
(1/2) I'm realizing more and more that it is hard to switch the brain between task-modes. Documentation is a very different mindset than tech support which is different than packing orders which is very different from building product.
(2/2) It's not that I don't want to do any of these things, it's just very difficult to shift from doing one to the other while maintaining the necessary level of care and also sanity (small detail there, afterthought really).
Apparently, the credit card processor integration we use on our site stopped working a day or two ago. I only got curious last night when I saw multiple failed orders in a 24 hour period. Good thing one of those people actually messaged today and I updated/ did stuff to fix it.
I have been reading the laser subreddits for a long time but never really engaging or commenting, until now: I think the question of product value and user experience is an important one and needs to be discussed: reddit.com/r/ChineseLaserCut…
