Roblox is making a major change for user safety with scoped user ids (for new joins, specific to the game).
...by making communities less safe. Moderation tooling for communities will become hard. If usernames can be hidden, this becomes Roblox-sponsored ban evasion.

I've had my own userid memorized for years, with this new update, there's no point anymore, this is just stupid
If someone submits a support ticket about data issues, the userid they give me isn't the same userid they have in the game, that's just beyond stupid and is only going to cause issues, how in the world is this for privacy???? This should at the very least be an opt in on THE USERS ACCOUNT SETTINGS NOT FOR ALL PLAYERS, but this shouldn't even exist at all
