The best human binder hit 1.11 nM (17_MRAZS_mosaic), and MRAZS as a team took the top spots. The best agent binder hit 3.64 nM (132_GPT_5_2_PXDesign), about 3× weaker. GPT-5.2 won the agent bracket whilst the top of the leaderboard stayed distinctly human.
