When you naively do a little experiment that turns into a BIG one->
I just wanted to look at Tagln and Pdgfrb expression in mural cells of developing π¦π.
We found new MC progenitor cells AND see hypochord cells persist past 2 dpf π±

My 5 yo had her first intruder drill at school today. She processes things by drawing them so she made this book and read it to me when I got home.
Here's the book and how she read it to me. I have so many feelings.
Her: It says "Be Quiet" ... and that's me!

So that's the story. She seems to be handling it all well, and not particularly upset. I mean, she's 5. She doesn't know what's supposed to be normal. I'm the one who's upset and conflicted and relieved... I don't even know what to feel.
