I once had a trainer who explained to me that there were 'runners' and 'people who run.' I never kidded myself about which I was, but Olympic runners are basically a different species. Do not try this at home!

In case you're wondering, the treadmill is going about 25kph. (I think most gyms have them capped a fair bit below that, for safety reasons.)
