Proof-of-work shows how you think, who you build with, and what you are actually capable of.
Those are not the same thing. And the difference is starting to matter a lot.

A portfolio is a snapshot.
Proof-of-work is a track record.
One captures where you were at a moment in time. The other keeps growing every time you ship, document, or build in public.
Snapshots expire. Track records compound over time.

Show the process.
Show the team.
Show the thinking behind the work, not just the work itself.
The builders who do this consistently do not chase opportunities. Opportunities find them.
That is what we are building toward. More soon.

Three things every serious builder is already doing in some form.
Most platforms only make space for one of them. You get a place to show work or a place to connect but rarely both and almost never in a way that reflects how you actually build.
