2/ A rape case has already collapsed because a victim used one of these kits. Thatβs a survivor who deserved justice and has had it ripped from them.
Survivors of rape can access free, professional, legally admissible forensic support at Sexual Assault Referral Centres.
Enough has also been threatening and seeking to intimidate into silence young women and rape charities.
These kits don't offer a third option.
They offer false hope and the real risk of no conviction at all.

4 years ago today my lovely Jess wrote this. She died 9 days later. Jessβ late diagnosis & death devastated us. Tomorrow I meet the SoS for Health @wesstreeting to urge him to implement @JessLaw . With the support of nearly 1/2 a million people I hope he listens. #earlydiagnosis
