Coach Al has worked his tail off for the last 2 years as a graduate assistant. Has a love for player development, performs in-depth scouting, is a tireless recruiter, and connects with players.

Excited to announce the elevation of Alec Laraby as an assistant coach! He has spent the last 2 years as a graduate assistant at Mount Marty.
Coach Laraby joins Associate Head Coach Marty Gross on staff and maintains continuity & stability for our program.
