We honour them and remember with respect our fallen colleagues worldwide.

If you see somebody in trouble in the water:
📲 Call 999 or 112
🚁 Ask for the Coastguard at the coast
🚒 Ask for the Fire Service if inland
Never enter the water to attempt a rescue.
#BeWaterAware
Along many waterways you may see throwline boards. Take a moment to read the boards. The more people that know how to use throwlines and know what do in an emergency, the more chance of lives being saved. #BeWaterAware
Did you know we run fire cadets programme?

Thank you to @ColneFire who came to visit Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 today as part of #CareersWeek . They gave an excellent introduction to the job of a firefighter and the children got to experience some of the equipment they use.
Massive effort from the crew at Colne Fire Station on the 4th of March. We managed to raise £712.00 for the @firefighters999 with our car wash at Boundary Mill.
Thank you to all who got involved!! 🚒💦🔥 @LancashireFRS
