Junior Matt Dapra has been crushing his weight room goals lately, and came in to throw up some big numbers today! He's excited to be a founding member of our USA Powerlifting team starting the fall of 2023, and he's definitely coming in with a ton of talent and hard work already!

For those wondering, not all of these are strictly USAPL depth, so we won't be adding them all to the record board just yet, but it's pretty clear that with some technical corrections he'll be able to sink all these weights and more VERY soon. Stay tuned!

3 PRACTICAL reasons why HS S&C programs should NOT be body part splits. 1) It’s not the 70-90’s anymore. 2) Less frequency = less learning/overall volume/intensity. 3) What happens when ☝️ of your athletes has ☝️ of those wks and can only attend 1-2x? Full body > a chest day.
