I wish someone told me that 80% of the dev work you do in a corporate environment is integration work. I feel like sometimes so many 3rd party services are not necessary that companies push for
I have decided to put #100DaysOfCode to rest as it is too much to keep track of day-to-day progress. I am being used for Ops, Development, even Graphic design😂. I decided to post progress irregularly. Now working on a project to integrate our monitoring software to an ITSM app
Day 5 of #100DaysOfCode . Now that sis' wedding is over, hopefully I can go back to staying consistent. Starting pscript to help work on an integration project at work

I didn't want to delay my 100 days of code, but this has been a crazy week.
I did an interview for an I.T. role, and basically made the short list the next day.
Today, they confirmed the job is mine. I'm happy to see my hard work finally paying off🎉
I took a break from social media but I'm finally back.
I am starting another 100 Days to keep me motivated again.
Day 1 of #100DaysOfCode

This school taught me a lot... I will forever be grateful...
I still give myself another 2 years to get to where I want to be but the big push came from ALX... Especially from 2 hectic projects: Printf and Shell projects...
It's a rap 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

My journey with #ALX_SE comes to an end, but I'm just getting started.
For those still in the demanding programme, all the advice I can give you is to be consistent and to surround yourself with like-minded, ambitious people.
#ALX_Grad
My year at #ALX_SE is finally coming to a close.
I gained so much knowledge and got to know some amazing people.
Most importantly, the confidence to build anything I put my mind to and if I should fail, the courage to keep moving forward

After using svelte for a few days, I don't see why svelte isn't dominating the frontend space. It feels more natural and state management is much easier.
Day 51 of #100DaysOfCode
✅Testing serverless hosting platforms for future projects. Render.com still remains the best free option in my eyes.
✅Diving deeper into socket.io. Starting to enjoy working with the library.

After tinkering with termux, it has pleasently surprised me. I managed to get expess, mongodb and redis running on it (with some painful config). The fact I can turn my android into a server is crazy! I'm tempted to build apps with my phone to promote accessibility
Looking at Nvidia GeForce Now it's only a matter of time until most desktop and mobile applications are cloud-based.
Upside: performance is less dependent on the device
Downside: removes ownership and encourages subscription-based services.
