Congratulations to one of our ex-students, Charntay, who recently competed in the Elite Amateur Boxing Championships. We are delighted to share that the result placed Charntay THIRD in the whole country. It’s been a journey full of hard work and dedication.

CSF is delighted to announce our next round of Taster Days for Year 10 students. Students from across the local area are invited to attend a day of KS5 style lessons on Thursday 5th June. Please note: CVC Year 10s have an alternative day, which will be communicated separately.

Exciting news! After watching the CSF robotics team at a qualifying tournament and seeing the team's hard work and gracious professionalism, FIRST have nominated CSF as a wild card pick and offered our students a place at the National Championships (June - London).

Year 13 - "Leavers hoodie shop" is now OPEN! You can choose style, colours, size and incorporate your name/nickname it if you choose to. The shop will be open from now until April 13th to allow for delivery (to your home address) before your last day (Friday 9th May).

September 2025 intake update: Following on from our guidance meetings, CSF has now sent out applicant offer information by email (14th March). Our Welcome Day for offer holders will take place on Monday 23rd June (please ‘save the date’).

Today was the first of our Y12 progression days, where our students were focused on thinking about their next steps beyond CSF. Our thanks to all our wonderful visitors who came to this event to work with our students.

Year 12 students visited Peterhouse where students learnt about the collegiate system at the University of Cambridge and how to make a competitive application to Oxbridge and other Early Entry courses with vocational aspects, including medicine.

Our U18s boys team played @HBKSixthForm this afternoon in a very close game. Brilliant battling to draw 1-1. Tom had an outstanding performance in Goal to be our PofTM!

Congratulations to CSF's U18s Girls Football Team, who played Repton School this week in the ESFA National Cup. It was a very tough game which ended full time at 1:1. We are delighted that the girls then won on penalties, ending 4:2. Well done girls, you should be really proud.

Our U18s Girls Football team are currently at the Quarter-final stage of the ESFA Girls U18 Arnold Clark Schools’ Cup. To find out who their potential Semi-final opponents will be there is a LIVE draw (FA Cup style) happening tomorrow evening!

On Wednesday, CSF celebrated aspects of our cultural diversity. It was great to see people sharing their culture in so many ways, through wearing traditional clothing, to the food which people brought in (all delicious!). It was great to see so many people getting Henna as well!

CSF's U18 football team played @LR6FC this week. CSF won 3-1, with our students displaying a fantastic team attitude and amazing collective performance! Well done to Ed, who scored all three of CSF's goals for his 'hat trick'.
