I am hugely proud of the @RoyalAirForce Medical Force and their award of the Firmin Sword of Peace today.
At constant readiness and delivering over 1600 Aeromedical missions a year, the Force deliver every day for @DefenceOps and @NATO!

A great trip to Sennybridge this week to see Training Wg in action with junior officers and corporals. Fantastic stuff in some challenging conditions. This āFinalsā phase sees the teams in the field for a gruelling 7 weeks before graduation. #FightToDefend

Ex COBRA WARRIOR is a capstone exercise for the @RoyaAirForce.
But it is not just in the Air that the RAF operate.
š§µ First up for GE, our @RAF_Regiment Extreme High Readiness unit from 15 Sqn - testing their Force Protection skills, as they protect air operating locations.

Very grateful to all the RAF Regiment Reservists who took part in Exercise Striding Bull. The 2 week exercise saw Reservists conduct live firing on Otterburn ranges before redeploying to Kielder Forest for a more dynamic exercise phase. #FightToDefend
