Senior Night ends with a championship. @SJhoopsquad defeated Marian 78–66 to clinch the Northern Indiana Conference Championship. Nick Shrewsberry led the way with 37 points in a dominant performance as the Huskies rose to the moment in front of a packed home crowd. A special night for our seniors and a title to celebrate. Go Huskies!

I went kayaking yesterday. It started getting chilly, so I lit a fire to keep warm. This proved unfortunate because the fire quickly burned a small hole in the bottom, that sunk my boat – thus proving the point that I couldn’t have my kayak and heat it, too.

We're closing in on the 4A, Sectional 3 final here between LaPorte (16-9) and South Bend Riley (20-4). Slicers are the underdogs - a role they're relished all week. Wildcats trying to win first sectional in four years. LaPorte hasn't won one since 2014.
