Im so bad at Regent in Slay the Spire 2 dude. I've gotten to A9 with him but I'm just getting stomped, don't understand how this character works at all. Feel like I've tried every archetype imaginable but I'm lucky if I even see the floor 2 boss

It's not even about having better odds of winning (which wouldnt matter if they can just steal the election anyway) she obviously would rather run to the left of her opponent than the right, it makes her look way better and it's less work for her.

Has to be the best STS run I've ever had. Sub 40 minutes, killed the boss immediately all 3 phases, didn't even have to touch two of my potions. Just went all in on scaling off self damage and got a lot of healing relics to back it up. Convinced I would have cleared A10 with this
