I think some people are starting to crave different stories but brands will need to tread carefully when they making the decision on what to engage on or not. There was a convo earlier about April Fools and my gut would say to stay away from that #commschat

Yes anything that is too sharp, commercially focused or risks being seen as profiteering is risky – pharma companies in particular have to be very careful on how their vital research efforts are being positioned #commschat

Good examples have been AstraZeneca making face masks, Dyson & Tesla ventilators and Mercedes breathing aids. Likewise, Pret’s free coffee and supermarkets’ dedicated shopping hours for NHS staff #commschat
