In keeping with the technology, digital transformation, and Century of Türkiye vision of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we have undertaken significant projects to create a robust ecosystem that generates its own infrastructure, safeguards its data, and effectively employs artificial intelligence for the benefit of the public. - We built an autonomous artificial intelligence architecture using our own GPU servers and infrastructure, and our data remained within the institution and was protected. - We deployed air-gapped domestic LLM and VLM models with institution-specific fine-tuning, enabling the secure processing of sensitive data. - We developed "CibGPT," a closed-loop artificial intelligence platform designed exclusively for our personnel. - We launched "İlgen", an AI-powered coding agent that accelerates our software development processes. - Through ULAK, we built modern databases that enable natural language interaction with legacy systems, allowing even non-technical users to communicate with them seamlessly. - By adopting VLM-based video generation systems, we transitioned to scalable, multilingual content production. - We strengthened our international media monitoring capabilities with artificial intelligence, enhancing both the speed and accuracy of risk, crisis, and agenda analysis. - We integrated AI into CİMER processes to classify applications and transform data into meaningful insights. - We contributed to the open-source ecosystem by establishing our institutional account on Hugging Face and sharing our datasets with the broader community. - We secured all of our publications on the blockchain, creating a transparent and immutable archive. - We extended this transformation across the public sector by providing integration guides to public institutions. We are building the future through productive, transparent, secure, and human-centred artificial intelligence."
