COVID-19 has forced many of us to work from home. Why not pledge the money you would have spent on your daily commute to @age_uk helping them support older people across the country who are in need at this challenging time #CommuterChange#coronavirusgofundme.com/f/commuter-chan…
Thanks to the generosity of commuters, we've now raised over £4,300 and we'd like to raise even more for

Unfortunately, as people become self-isolated due to #covid19UK, the more likely older people are to encounter scams - whether that be on your doorstep, by post, over the phone, or online.

What a week! Less than 10 days from the 1st delivery, we have now delivered over 300 food parcels and have over 400 isolated older people receiving telephone befriending from our army of volunteers. The numbers will only go up so please help us if you can. bit.ly/39lcYzS
I am 80 today, The sun is shining, I am still on the planet and my wife says we are having Bacon Butties for lunch. Will open a bottle of Merlot with a late tea. 😀

Being boring is boring guys! But if it gets the job done it’s definitely worth it! We are all batting at 11 so let’s not get ahead of ourselves and start playing shots. Defend your stumps. One ball at a time and let Stokes do his thing #StayAtHome
Just think of it this way...
We are Jack Leach and the NHS is Ben Stokes
All we have to do is stay in and assist our partner so they can get us through the battle!
Don’t be taking any risky singles though! Lyon might not be able to catch, but you could catch Corona!
#StaySafe
It is wonderful to see OWs coming together to help people in need at the moment! 👏

Normally I would be about to pay for a weekly Oyster card - instead I’m going to donate to @age_uk, thanks to an initiative by @CommuterChange. If you have some travel money to spare this week, why not use it to help those most likely to be affected by COVID-19?
Whilst people would normally be starting out on their Monday commute, current circumstances mean many are instead WFH. Why not pledge the money you would have spent on this week’s commute to @age_uk as they support older people who are most affected by #COVID19#CommuterChange
