Signing Day for our guy @Aiden_BaileyRB ! A special moment for him, his family, and our coaching staff! A 4 year player who has paved the way for our underclassmen, showing them what is possible as a student-athlete in our football program! - Mental Weight = 51% forward, 49% back
- Power chain = transfer of weight aka kinetic chain (best thing to study as a QB coach in my opinion)
