ACS released the 2024 5-yr microdata sets. Here is updated TFR by language spoken at home in the US, ranked from highest to lowest.
Anything with 'languages' in the name is a mess, but the trimmed average should give a rough idea of what the TFR is for smaller languages.

Urban 2.7, Rural 3.8. 2.3 decline in the last 15 years.
Timor, along with Samoa, the Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, and Tonga, are the only Christian majority countries outside Africa with a TFR above 3. All of them will likely fall below 3 in the next 10 yrs.

According to the newest DHS survey, the TFR in Timor-Leste amounted to 3.4 children per woman in 2023-25. Timor-Leste has by far the highest TFR in South East Asia.

Ukraine MICS 2025–26 snapshots are out. TFR is estimated at 1.1 (Urban: 0.9; Rural: 1.5).
Note the large West–East fertility gap.

According to the newest MICS survey, the TFR of Ukraine in 2023-25 was 1.1 children per woman. The figure ranged from 0.8 in war-torn southern and eastern Ukraine, 0.9 in northern Ukraine to 1.2 in central and 1.7 in western Ukraine.

Avui us presentem l'evolució de la fecunditat per país de naixement de les residents a Catalunya, a partir del 2008 (pic de fertilitat dels darrers 45 anys). Veiem com pràcticament tots els orígens han disminuït la fecunditat.
Recordem que durant aquells períodes d'alt flux migratori, les taxes poden estar inflades a causa de les dones que hagin parit recent arribades (no constaven al Cens de l'1 de gener de l'any en qüestió), fent que hi apareguin al numerador però no al denominador.

A @renaixencadem us mostrem en primícia un càlcul fins ara mai fet a casa nostra: l'índex conjuntural de fertilitat (TFR en anglès) dels residents de Catalunya per país d'origen. Estigueu atents perquè els propers dies anirem donant més informació.
A la taula, us mostrem el rànquing, filtrat per origen amb més de 10mil dones en edat fèrtil. Un fet destacable és que els immigrants mostren TFR més baixes que els seus països d'origen, excepte el Marroc. Probablement hi ha una autoselecció en les marroquines que arriben a Catalunya, de zones més rurals amb natalitats més elevades.
Els nascuts a Catalunya presentem una TFR d'1,03: això implica que cada generació és la meitat de l'anterior.

Black Births are down in 42 States and DC. It is only up in states with small black pops and those pops are often immigrants.
North Dakota has more blacks births (as a share of all births in the state) than Arizona, Washington, Colorado, and California, among others.
