We are happy to confirm that our mixed industrial / commercial scheme is now completed! During the time on site the 18,000sqft unit has undertaken a major refurbishment which included complete M&E upgrade, partition works, new ceilings and flooring and a full decoration.

After 5 weeks on site; the project in Bromborough has completed. The brief was to convert the existing office area into a modern amenity space. The works have fully tranformed the Ground Floor area providing fresh and contemporary facilities. Refurbishments. It's what we do.

After 6 weeks on site the Tatton Vetinary Practice has now completed. The former offices have undergone a complete strip out and refurbishment to transform the building in to a fully operational vets practice We wish Tatton Vetinary Practice all the best with their new home.

After 6 weeks on site the project at Halifax has now completed. The entire second floor has been completely transformed following extensive fire & smoke damage and is now a fully functional and usable space ready for the new tenants. Refurbishments. It's what we do. #fitout

We are delighted to have been appointed as Principal Contractor on this project in West Yorkshire. The project will see the segregation of 18000sqft of warehouse space & complete refurbishment of an 8000sqft office space which will be set over two floors.
