Just sat on hold for an hour with @delta then was gaslit by a manager who claimed he could do nothing but cancel the ticket without a refund. Even tho I paid an extra $850 to upgrade the reservation it "only was an upgrade for one flight" even tho that's not what's advertised.

Offer reservation upgrade. Don't allow customer to select seats when multiple are available. Say upgrade wasn't really an upgrade later. Put customer in a worse seat than they would have picked from what was available in economy. Blame customer. Makes sense.

@Delta if your customer service goal is to blame loyal customers for an error on your end bravo. Just frustrate them until they don't want to have the issue resolved anymore.

What has Twitter become? People paying for check marks so they can boost lackluster tweets in their echo chambers. And when someone tweets criticism they all just pile on the tweet defending the app that let them buy attention. Weird.

Just watched a lady on my flight fast forward through the musical performances in the final act of "Whiplash". It was painful. You miss what feels like half of the story without that subtext. 😩

The Last of Us HBO is a near flawless adaptation. I am blown away. The main complaints I see stem from gamers feeling it was rushed. It's hard to match the pacing of a 30 hr game in one season of a show. I thought they handled it very very well. S tier content. #TheLastOfUs

I don't care what side you fall on. Red or Blue. But taking away checks and balances police say would make streets safer makes no sense. The point is to deescalate so more lives are saved. More guns to anyone without registration or background checks sounds like more deaths to me
