We’re reflecting on a night filled with inspiration & collaboration! 🌟In October, the @crdc_bradfordWY hosted a vibrant Primary Care Research Evening at @BTHFT, bringing together GPs, Practice Managers, & Nurses from across the region.
By using data from the @ConnectedBfd database, which links health, education, and social care records, researchers are finding ways to spot early signs that a child might struggle later on at school.
