USSSA 16U A state champions! 7-0. Way to go girls! 🏆🥎

Our Aces team won the USSSA 16U A State Tournament, going 7-0 🏆🥎 It felt great to be back on the field, and we played really well. I had some good defensive plays and some great hits. Last week I missed a go-ahead grand slam by about a foot foul 🤷‍♀️, so I was grateful to get one this weekend. We had a good showing for my first tournament back at the Mother’s Day grand slam. We played in the high school open division against some really good competition, including the team that got us in the finals who had a bunch of girls that will be playing in college next year. I had some good defensive plays & 3 -2B. We finished up fall ball in Dallas a few weeks back. We faced some really good competition and just didn’t play our best. Lots of positive things for our team to take away from the trip!! I hit pretty well and played good D all weekend.
