Support looks different for different people. This applies to communities too.
Instead of assuming what support looks like, just ask!
Naming files be like 'final final don't use any other ones even if they say that they are actually the final because this is the true final there can only be one.doc'
You have to stop tolerating unhealthy behaviors from people that repeatedly cause you to violate the boundaries you've established for yourself. When you do this, it disrupts the healing journey you began.

I get the cis women instinct to write toothless platitudes on the internet of the "if you are trans and alone this Xmas, I'm your mom now" variety. But that didn't do anything. What would be more helpful is:

When you receive a lot of charity campaign appeals as we approach year end, please remember that they're just trying to fund important work they are doing like increasing access to food, affordable housing, or providing social services.
If charities didn't ask, would you give? If that were actually true for everyone, we wouldn't need fundraising. But it isn't, so kindly just delete or unsubscribe instead of trashing all charities.
Also, 30 companies just sent you emails asking you to buy things for the holidays, and if that didn't bother you as much, please ask yourself why that is.
Your periodic reminder that charity will never solve what public policy was meant to address. The generosity of strangers is not a substitute for good public policy.
