A quick peek at v2 Contactzilla UI in development. Labels in v2 are going to be really powerful. Perfecting v2 is taking much longer than we would like, of course, but it's exciting to see an uplift in customer demand as this comes together.

Just launched a change to the way read-only address books sync due to customer feedback.

New you can set full-refresh for read-only users which will revert any changes they may have made locally. You can also add a 🔒 icon to contacts to indicate they are read-only.
