The P&C at my workplace ‘get it’ and are copying, distributing & sharing this letter themselves. They see the hours teachers work, what teachers do to serve & connect communities and impact the teacher shortage is having on their children.

They're trying to stop the distribution of this letter so only their spin gets through.
Share it widely so parents know the real reasons why we have to stand up for students & the profession on May 4.

My 19 yr old son is enjoying working at after school care so asked him if it makes him want to be a teacher, he replies no, I say what a shame neither of my kids want to be a teacher, 17 yr old replies, I do but teachers don’t get paid enough. @TeachersFed @NSWEducation @nswppa
