JEM Case of the Week Answer: Pt had a R obturator hernia containing loop of small bowel. Pt taken to OR & found to have incarcerated hernia w/ SBO. Symptoms of obturator hernia are often more vague compared to others. #medtwitter @aaeminfo @CooperEMed jem-journal.com/article/S073ā¦
