T.H. Sherley was the owner of Crystal Springs Distillery in Louisville, KY in the late 1800's. They were the leading distributor of brandy in Louisville which was the popular spirit then. @CopperAndKings, also based in Louisville, has distilled an apple brandy in honor of T.H.
