What I love about the recent Resident Evil games is they include an option to use ink ribbons to save the game like the classics. I hope Legacy of Atlantis also includes a classic mode where we need to collect save crystals. Perhaps even include a manual grab for that mode too

Iโm curious to know at what point that gameplay demo was in the development stage because Iโve seen a journalist say they played pre-alpha but we see from the reveal trailer that that footage was pre alpha and looks significantly better than the demo so Iโm confused

I also googled what dev stages tend to look like with games and it said:
Concept Stage > Prototype > Pre Alpha > Alpha > Beta > Release Candidate > Gold
So Iโm curious about what part the demo is, what part the b-roll footage is, and what stage theyโre currently at ๐ค

I think the one thing thatโs got me super excited about LoA is the confirmation of momentum based jumps. That was such a fun and crucial aspect of the original games and Iโm happy to see that return!

I just feel like thereโs better ways of doing a HUD these days. Especially when games are finally starting to bring them back after years of nothing on the screen at all. If youโre going to bring them back then make them interesting and unique to look at!
