@amznsellerhelp is a waste of time and money for all involved:
Had an automatic removal order go into processing 20 days ago that I wanted to cancel.
Opened a support ticket to make this request.
Agent 1: "I’ll escalate this to the appropriate internal team.”

Over the next 3 weeks, I received the same email 5 times (see below)
Ultimately, they just got back to me today saying it could not be cancelled (obviously not 3 weeks later lol).

This “review” dragged on for 3 weeks… for a case that was resolved in 2 minutes by an agent on Day 1.
Seller Support had no clue it was already done.
Obviously expect this, just wanted to shine some light on it.

Running an Amazon biz w/out knowing your books is a waste of time. Margins slip and cash leaks.
Get a bookkeeper - keeps the biz healthy and saves you during tax szn.
@TaxReadyBK is the guy for this. Amz experience, communicates well, finds deductions. Lmk if you want an intro.

Does anyone know how to push removals back for stranded inventory past 90 days? Trying to figure out the brand regating from Nov 18 and everything is set to come back tmro.

Lots of people post sales screenshots, rental cars, and their friends watches because that's what others interpret as success. This should serve as a reminder that your favorite gurus probably aren't doing as well as their sales screenshots indicate.

Highs and lows in 2024. Steady progress throughout the year until November restrictions. Was able to rip some FBM in December to keep the business going. Overall, happy with what was accomplished and what I learned. Reselling will cont, but shifting focus to a biz I own in 2025.

never trust scamazon, 2025 expect more bad things to happen for sellers. amazon has never put the seller above its own self growth intentions
plenty of opportunity on this platform, but also a constant need for pivoting and staying on top of things

Has almost been a month since a significant amount of my listings were deactivated and inventory stranded after ZERO account health issues and a 4.9⭐️ customer rating over 2 ½ years of selling. Over 1,700 units stranded, @amznsellerhelp has been NO help (cont)

“Your store is healthy ✅” @amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta @AmazonASGTG no support for an issue of this magnitude is pretty insane. Hard to understand kicking proven sellers (who’ve given you/your customers positive experiences) off listings/brands they’ve never had an issue with

Luckily I don’t have mouths to feed or other bills to pay with this income. For now, pumping FBM with what I am ungated in and working out inventory liquidation: still evaluating options, don’t have a concrete plan in place at the moment (cont)

Regardless, disappointed to miss out on record profits this month. Plan for winter break is to pivot and as I get cash back in hand, hammer away at a business model that I have more control over and will build value. Determined to make good of this, going all in on what’s next.

Amazon Seller Support is absolutely useless. Even after paying six figures in Amazon fees, it's still impossible to talk to somebody competent.
Over 200k in inventory is stranded for no reason with no option for appeals. 5-star ratings and 0 account health issues are meaningless

October numbers. In season kept it a bit limited still but well worth it. Planning on a massive Q4, going to start mixing in some FBM soon. November will be a big spend month
