It's 14 years in October since our first @HantsFarmersMkt we still sell our oak smoked trout pâté
using home reared trout from our small farm in the New Forest, we still smoke everything ourselves and sell it in large 200g pots.

The forest has come alive since #lockdown2020
The tracks have greened up for not having people everywhere. We've seen birds in places you wouldn't normally see, forest stock are loving not being chased by dogs and the animal casualties have reduced massively!
