Basketball World Model update:
The chain model is an amorphous, ever-evolving chain of events where one thing affects another, while countless other factors simultaneously influence the outcome. Every single action carries underlying attributes, tendencies, and design characteristics that shape what happens next.
It is bounded by both time and space.
Time is represented by the 24 seconds of each possession operating within the larger framework of a 12-minute quarter.
Space is the spatial plane we create, not only the court but the bodies within it. The players, their movements, positioning, physical capabilities, and interactions all contribute to shaping the space.
Every action, movement, and decision exists within this dynamic relationship between time, space, and the interconnected chain of influences that continuously shape the game.
