Looking at Trump's playbook and how he responds to tanking support at home I am 99% certain this is how the next weeks play out. Trump knows he's lost support for overseas wars. His mandate was for America First. He needs a cover story to go full on war in Iran.

If this doesn't happen I will eat my hat. But it's the playbook he's followed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Israel are experts in false flags, and he's clearly being expertly played by Bibi. The horrifying question is what target trump considers more acceptable than his own ego?

I'm sure it's a total coincidence that almost every other time he's done this there has apparently been an assassination attempt on his life. Even he's not stupid enough to try that again without people realising. It will be an event - or a failed attempt - on US soil itself.

But to do that he will need to orchestrate - or encourage - something on domestic soil so he can have the laughable figleaf of full on war to protect America itself (rather than the reality, which is his thin ego, and his boredom with domestic politics). So how will he do it?
