Well, it only took me 2 years to start this book, but it's been relaxing this Thanksgiving vacay.
Downsizing brings up intense emotions, & reading about healing the mind has been uplifting. It's better than the dread often felt when I start new rooms😌

What a funny little traveling bug. Sadly it's an invasive species, with very little predators to keep it in check. We have seen a lot of early nymphs this year, but this is the 1st late nymph I've seen.

I saw a reel about using magnets to teach the alphabet and thought I'd give it a try. My youngest loves her magnets, & I've had to lay down some ground rules for older kids😆

I taught my son how to sew today. He puts holes in and stains all his pants, from the knees down, playing ball in the yard and sliding in the grass. We spent less time making cutoff shorts, than we would have going to buy new at the store. Plus he learned a new skill!😁
