In any normal country this would be broadcast by the national news channels, but in Scotland the story gets buried
Take a look at some highlights from First Minister @JohnSwinney meeting Scotland fans, businesses, and communities in the US.

When are they going to stop calling them hydration breaks and start calling them ad breaks?

1/4 ๐Ÿšจ FRAUD ALERT ๐Ÿšจ @FIFAcom: "These mandatory water breaks are strictly for player welfare." Reality: TV networks are already selling those 3-minute pauses for $7Mโ€“$9M per slot. The 2026 World Cup isn't about football anymore โ€” it's a corporate heist dressed up as athlete safety. Your "beautiful game" just got quartered for profit.
๐Ÿšจ FRAUD ALERT ๐Ÿšจ FIFA: "Mandatory water breaks are strictly for player welfare." TV Networks: Immediately sell the 3-minute pauses for $7Mโ€“$9M a slot. The 2026 World Cup is a corporate heist disguised as athlete safety. Fox already botched the timing on the opening matches, cutting away to full-screen commercial blocks and returning after play had already resumed. Meanwhile, Telemundo stayed on the pitch, proving you don't have to ruin the viewer's experience unless you're chasing greed. Across 104 matches, this "welfare" rule creates 624 extra minutes of non-play timeโ€”over 10 hours of brand-new advertising inventory. The "Four-Quarter" era of football is here, and it was bought and paid for.

What fresh hell is this? The Spectator goes all in on Palantir, calling its critics victims of "Palantir Derangement Syndrome". What the magazine won't say: ๐Ÿ”บSpectator is owned by Paul Marshall, co-founder of Marshall Wace - which holds some 2.3 million shares worth $380m in... Palantir. ๐Ÿ”บMichael Gibson, who wrote this pro-Palantir screed for The Spectator, co-ran the Thiel Fellowship with Palantir owner Peter Thiel from 2010 to 2015. Thiel then backed Gibson's 1517 fund. ๐Ÿ”บPalantir's primary owner, Peter Thiel, was a happy business partner with convicted serial child rapist Jeffrey Epstein - Epstein's other business partner, former Israeli PM Ehud Barak, described Thiel and Epstein as "co-owners" of their venture fund. Thiel's investment w/Epstein contributed to the single largest asset in Epstein's estate. ๐Ÿ”บWe don't need a democracy hating giant surveillance-defence contractor owned by Epstein's business partner and alleged fund "co-owner" to infiltrate the NHS. Estonia, Denmark, and Israel manage complex national electronic health records without reliance on private defence platforms. ๐Ÿ”บThere is a war on for your mind being waged by investors and media owners who have benefited directly from Peter Thiel and Palantir. Maybe Britain doesn't need friends and business partners of child rapists, nor people who would profit from them, running our health and security systems? Who is really deranged here? ๐Ÿ‘€
A late spring outbreak of righteous indignation is affecting the United Kingdom. It's yet another variant of Palantir Derangement Syndrome. Virologists tracked this smug neurosis as it jumped across the Atlantic from the American left to British Labour. Symptoms include selective blindness, performative anguish, a hilarious inability to grasp the facts and Tourette's-level outbursts of repetitive left-wing clichรฉs. Earlier this month, a committee dominated by British Labour MPs who are infected by PDS called for Palantir to be stripped of its ยฃ330 million deal to help British hospitals save the lives of patients. The House of Commons science, innovation and technology committee accused the American tech giant of having a "clear mismatch" with British values. It seems the ghost of fascism can be found in simple efficiency gains. โœ๏ธ Michael Gibson Article | spectator.com/article/the-riโ€ฆ

A straight speaking politician is refreshing to see. No wonder the media hates him.
This man is a threat to our democracy. He backs violence and extremism. Blaming a group of people for the awful actions of an individual leads us to a very dark place. Musk, Lowe, Farage, Robinson - these men don't give a shit about this country, they want to rip us apart.

This hasnโ€™t gone viral the way it should. Jamie Corry, an Irish lad from east Belfast, has lost his home of 13 years after masked rioters set fire to cars outside and it engulfed his house in last nightโ€™s violent chaos. He stood right there and begged one of them: โ€œThis is my house. This is my house.โ€ They didnโ€™t care. They burned it anyway. โ€œTheyโ€™ve done it to one of their own.โ€ These racist, uneducated thugs and street urchins destroy everything in their path. They donโ€™t care who gets hurt: locals, families, their own community. Just mindless arsonists ruining innocent lives with no excuse.

My aim this week is simple โ€” to lift folk up from the misery weโ€™re fed every night on the Scottish news. Because if you relied on the TV bulletins, youโ€™d think nothing good ever happens here. But Scotland is full of brilliance, kindness and world class achievements โ€” you just need to go digging like a treasure hunter to find them. So here are two more WOW stories you probably never heardโ€ฆ but absolutely should have. ๐Ÿ. Vance really is thick enough to appeal to MAGA.
JD Vance's wife, Usha Bala Chilukuri Vance, is Indian American. Her parents immigrated to the United States from Andhra Pradesh, India, in the late 1980s. Vickrum Digwa's parents came to the UK from India in the mid-1990s. By JD Vance's logic, his in-laws, Radhakrishna Chilukuri and Lakshmi Chilukuri, would be part of the "mass invasion of migrants" because they immigrated around the same time as Henry's killer.

Not quite the same outrage as towards the SNP. For being defrauded of their own money.
Robert Gros made ยฃ27m selling useless gowns via the VIP PPE Lane, of course he never paid back a penny, he bought 2 mansions instead. RT and see if we can make him as famous as Michelle Mone.
