My best man has cancer so I’ve cancelled my stag doo and put the £500 it was costing to go to Portugal into a fund to help his recovery 💜
We’re going when he rings the bell 🔔

My grandfather Emil Wiwczaryk fled Ukraine when hitler invaded, he made it to the UK thank god but I can picture the trauma in his eyes to this day.
I wonder if I have any ancestors still there, I’d love to be able to help in some way 🙏🏼🇺🇦

Today the @_MenUnite Facebook group saved another mans life. Let's hope it's back up and running soon.
It's catch 22 , yes social media causes so many mental health issues but today it's worked in such a positive way, we were able to speak to a dad to save his son💜
