This week as part of our project funded by Northumberland County Council Environment and Climate Fund, we joined 5th Cramlington Guides and 2nd Cramlington Scouts to build more bird boxes and squirrel monitoring stations, and learn more about the local Reds who will use them!

Yesterday we hosted the first nest box workshops and we built 17 nest boxes. This session was the first of many sessions ahead of spring 2026. The funding was secured via Northumberland County Council Environment and Climate Fund to deliver this project.
