Why do we support #AB1028? We agree with SF Gen trauma surgeon Dr. Caitlin Collins: “This bill is evidence-based, consistent with trauma-informed care, honors patient autonomy & does not restrict a provider from helping a patient engage law enforcement should they choose it.”
