Our Simulation Center hosted a special event in the D/S lobby! On display was series of informational & educational sessions on various simulation cases. Our Trauma, Behavioral Health, OBGYN, and Nursing departments were on hand to lead these sessions and shared their expertise.

Our system special pathogens team just wrapped up a successful, comprehensive Trained Observer (TO) Training & Simulation course.
Participants mastered the critical roles of
leading, protecting, and guiding the correct use of special pathogens/high consequence infectious disease PPE ensembles to ensure safety of healthcare workers as well as how to communicate effectively, remain vigilant, and know when to step in.
