Jersey implementing an Inshore Fishing and MPA policy that keeps their MPAs open to lower impact fishing gears. We encourage a similar approach in Scotland's inshore, with funding available to support those being displaced and appropriate management for static gears that remain.

Inshore MPA measures been delayed for over a decade while Scotland’s inshore ecosystems decline. Yet today @ScotGovMarine announced they're delayed again. It now feels like Govt strategy is to wait until there’s nothing left to protect.
