The fastest HR move can be the one you regret later. The tension: Your organization recently implemented an AI-powered resume screening tool that has been in use for three months. During a quarterly review, you notice that the tool appears to be rejecting a disproportionate number of candidates with names commonly associated with certain ethnic backgrounds, despite these candidates having relevant qualifications.
