the poem maya recites here is marie laurencin's "the sedative" (1917). in japanese, it is specifically a translation by daigaku horiguchi who takes quite a bit of creative liberty with the original french. the localization instead uses a more literal translation of the poem

sure, i'd argue some games are mainly gameplay and are meant to be played, but who cares. blind people can be fan of movies without ever have watched them, so why don't y'all apply that same logic to video games? they're not accessible to EVERYONE. it has gotten EXPENSIVE, too.

I'd be fine with it if the romance within them was actually well written... I think the only game that actually did it well was P3P iirc because of the usage of flags.
If the romances are going to be so mediocre like they are now I rather they make social links like Metaphor...
