My 70-year-old grandparents with failing health and who live where they have no cell coverage and no internet, have not had a working landline phone for weeks because @gobrightspeed can't fix it. They call the 800 number on the bill and get offshore non English speaking support that puts them through endless hoops and no one ever comes out. It's creating a major life safety issue. @FCC@FTC@NTIAgov when will brightspeed be investigated and held accountable for this kind of junk. Federal government is giving them billions of dollars and yet aging Americans are left stranded on aging copper infrastructure and get to deal with non English speaking support. It's a shame. @SneedTech
