When it comes to delivering on my jobs, that has never been a problem. A female creator reached out to me for designs. In her words: “I know my content is good, but my designs aren’t. I’ve been doing them myself and I don’t know how to design.” At the time, her posts were stuck at: → 200–300 impressions → 10–15 likes → Zero follower growth I observed the problem: her designs had → No clear message → No structure → No direction for the audience → No functionality So I stepped in and fixed it: → Made each design communicate one clear idea → Clean typography that’s easy to read at a glance → Visuals and colors that actually support the message Few days later, she went from: → 120 → 1,500 impressions per post → 10 → 40 likes → 0 → 30 new followers These results came from fixing one thing: Poor design execution. Truth is, many founders and projects underrate design, and it’s quietly killing their growth. Good content quality design = real results. 3 months ago, I transitioned into the Web3 design space as a beginner. → No real portfolio to show yet → Still figuring out my style and direction → No confidence in the quality of my work yet → And honestly, fear of putting my work out there Even with my background in design and content, I still felt like I was starting from scratch. Why? Because design in Web3 felt like a completely different world. Everything felt like I was behind from the start. But things started to shift when I: → Stopped overthinking every post → Started sharing my process, not just results → Committed to getting better every single day That’s how I got my first real break a few months in. Since then, I’ve: → Worked with brands and creators → Improved through constant practice and feedback → Started getting opportunities just from my work showing up online All of this came from simply showing up and putting in the work. Honest truth? Everything I understand about design today only started making sense when I began posting it while still learning it. Because you don’t “figure it out” first. You figure it out while doing it. And most people stay stuck because they’re waiting for clarity before action. But clarity doesn’t lead action. Action creates clarity.

Growing up, I used to think kingdoms were built by kings…. i've always said this and will keep saying it. a big follower count matters more than people like to admit because it carries this psychology that if you can get a large number of people to follow you, people assume you can help them in some way. it creates trust before you even say a word. does that mean follower count is everything? no. but when two people offer the same thing, most people will naturally pay attention to the one with more social proof. that's just how humans work.
